Michel Couvreur, a belgin was a pioneer in aging scotch whisky in sherry, port, vin jaune etc. based in burgundy as a wine merchant, he established his aging cellar in bouze-les-beaune. michel passed away in 2013 but his son-in-law cyril deschamps, cellar master jean-arnaud frantzen, wife and daughter have taken the reigns.
